摘要本文研究了甲基烷基二烯丙基卤化铵聚合物的制备工艺条件。在V50引发剂体系下,采用水溶液聚合法,对甲基烷基(丙基、戊基)二烯丙基氯化铵的聚合工艺条件进行了初步研究。得到MPDAAC均聚反应的较佳工艺条件为:w(m)=70%、m(V50):w(m)=2。45%、m(Na4EDTA):w(m)=0。0071% 、T1 =55℃、T2=60℃和T3=80℃,对应得到的聚合产物特征黏度值为0。80dL/g,单体转化率为91。07%,精制后产物特征黏度值为0。86dL/g,单体转化率为97。54%。MADAAC均聚反应的较佳工艺条件为:w(m)=75%、m(V50):w(m)=2。05%、m(Na4EDTA):w(m)=0。0071% 、Tl=62。5℃、T2=67。5℃和T3=80℃,对应得到的聚合产物特征黏度值为0。38dL/g,单体转化率为59。47%,精制后产物特征黏度值为0。47dL/g,单体转化率为98。50%。通过对系列甲基烷基二烯丙基氯化铵(烷基支链分别为C1、C3、C5)的聚合反应活性的对比研究可知,随着烷基支链的增长,聚合难度越来越大,空间效应是影响聚合反应进行的重要因素。以上研究可为后续该系列单体聚合机理的研究和应用范围的拓展研究奠定坚实基础。77139

Title   Preliminary research on the synthetic method of alkyl methyl diallyl ammonium chloride polymer                   

     

Abstract This paper is a research on the process conditions for the synthetic of methylalkyldiallyl ammonium halide polymer。 Via the V50 initiator system, using aqueous solution polymerization, the initial research on polymerization process conditions of methylalkyl(propyl, amyl)diallyl ammonium chloride were obtained。 The better reaction conditions of MPDAAC in homopolymerization was:w(m)=70%、m(V50):w(m)=2。45%, m(Na4EDTA):w(m)=0。0071% , T1 =55℃, T2=60℃ and T3=80℃。 The corresponding viscosity value of polymerization product was 0。86dL/g and monomer conversion value was 91。07%, after purified they were 0。86dL/g and 97。54%, respectively。 The better reaction  conditions of MPDAAC in homopolymerization was: w(m)=75%, m(V50):w(m)=2。05%, m(Na4EDTA):w(m)=0。0071%, Tl=62。5℃, T2=67。5℃ and T3=80℃。 The corresponding viscosity value of polymerization product was 0。38dL/g and monomer conversion value was 59。47%, after purified they were 0。47dL/g and 98。50%, respectively。According to comparative studies on polymerization activity of series of alkyl methyl diallyl ammonium chloride (alkyl branches are C1, C3, C5), it can be concluded that polymerization is increasingly difficult with the growth of branched chain alkyl。 Spatial Effects is an important factor affecting the polymerization reaction 。The research mentioned above could lay a solid foundation for the studies on polymerization mechanism as well as the application of other monomers in the family。
