摘    要本研究采用调查研究的方法,对幼儿家园进餐行为及其之间的差异进行了深入的比较分析。首先对老师和家长的问卷进行统计分析,幼儿的进餐行为问题包括独立性不强、挑食现象严重、专注度不高。88486

其次,通过秩和检验,对幼儿在家和在园的进餐行为进行比较分析,得出在园和在家幼儿都会对食物进行徒手操作、成人对幼儿不良行为都是以鼓励方式为主。但是在进餐的行为表现、成人对幼儿不良进餐行为的干预、家园进餐的环境存在明显。

再次,根据幼儿家园进餐的差异,分析差异产生的原因, 主要是因为家园进餐的食物不同、家长和老师的权威性不同、家园进餐规则不同、家长和老师与幼儿比例的不同。

最后,根据差异产生的原因,有针对性的提出一系列措施和建议。例如,尊重幼儿的身心特点、注重食物的色香味俱全、家园明确进餐规则、给予幼儿自主探索的机会等等。
