摘要:2012年中国教育部网站发表《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》(以下简称《指南》)。《指南》中明确指出“重视幼儿的学习品质”,可见对幼儿学习品质的重视。本研究将基于新西兰提出的评价体系“学习故事”理论,运用观察法、谈话法对幼儿的学习品质进行研究。结合学习故事中提出的建构学习者形象(感兴趣、在参与、遇到困难或不确定情景能坚持、与他人沟通、承担责任)五大方面作为本次研究学习品质的内容。现有研究中对学习品质的研究方法比较单一,研究方向不明确。因此本研究旨在通过理论的支持,遵循“以幼儿为本”的理念发现幼儿的闪光点,帮助教师更有针对性的研究学习品质。
以笔者实习幼儿园某中班幼儿作为此次研究对象,通过对不同区域学习品质产生次数的统计,结果表明学习品质在不同区域有着显著的差异。同时通过对该班4名幼儿学习品质故事的撰写、分析以及教师下一步措施的提出,教师更加深入了解幼儿的学习品质的产生,帮助幼儿更好的认识自己好的学习品质,建立自我认同感和自信,得到自身学习品质的再创。
根据此次研究的结果以及故事的分析,笔者提出以下六点提高幼儿学习品质的建议:合理安排区域活动的时间;完善区域的设置;促进教师的积极评价;转变教师的理念;加强同伴见的模仿学习;加强家园合作。

Abstract:In 2012, China's ministry of education published a guide to learning and development of children aged 3-6 (hereinafter referred to as the guide). In the guide, it is pointed out that "valuing the learning quality of young children" can be seen to pay attention to the learning quality of children.Based on New Zealand's new evaluation system "learning story" theory, this paper studies the learning quality of young children using observation method and talk method.According to the construction of the learner learning story image (interested in, in, in trouble or uncertain situation can adhere to, communicate with others, take responsibility) five aspects as the quality of the study content, each story is pided into note, identify, and respond to, feedback from four aspects to write.In the present study, the research methods of learning quality are single and the research direction is not clear.
As the object of this study, I took a middle class child in my kindergarten.The results show that there are significant differences in learning quality in different regions.At the same time, through the writing, analysis and the next steps of the teacher's next steps,teachers have a deeper understanding of children's learning quality,Help children better understand their own good learning quality, build up their own sense of identity and self-confidence, and get their own learning quality.
Based on the results of this study and the analysis of the story, I propose six suggestions to improve the learning quality of children:arrange the time for regional activities;improve the area settings;promote positive evaluation of teachers;change the teacher's idea;reinforce the imitative learning of peers;strengthening cooperation in the homeland.
