摘要发展性阅读障碍影响5-10%的广大儿童和青少年,给社会和家庭带来沉重压力。大量研究证明语音意识缺陷是发展性阅读障碍缺陷的一种。语音加工能力对拼音文字发展性阅读障碍有预测作用,但语音能力对汉语发展性阅读障碍的预测作用的研究相对较少。本文针对汉语发展性阅读障碍儿童语音意识缺陷的研究进行了分析和归纳。在此基础上,以杭州市某小学9-11岁的儿童为研究对象,通过纵向追踪(间隔12个月)结合认知测查,考察了语音加工能力对汉语儿童阅读发展的预测作用。研究结果发现,时间点1的语音意识与时间点1和时间点2的识字量都没有显著相关,表明语音意识对汉语儿童阅读发展的预测作用需要进一步的研究。早期筛查对于发展性阅读障碍儿童的矫正具有重大意义,对于筛检方法和工具,我们需要更深层地探究和完善。88585

Developmental dyslexia affects 5-10% of the majority of children and adolescents, giving the community and the family heavy pressure。 A large number of studies have proved that phonological awareness defects are a kind of developmental dyslexia。 The ability of speech processing has a predictive effect on the developmental dyslexia of phonetic writing, but the research on the predictive effect of speech ability on Chinese dyslexia is relatively few。

 This paper analyzes and summarizes the research on the phonological awareness of Chinese children with dyslexia。 On the basis of this, the children aged 9-11 years old in Hangzhou were selected as the research object, and the predictive effect of speech processing ability on Chinese children's reading development was investigated by longitudinal tracing (interval of 12 months) combined with cognitive test。 Are normal children, no children with dyslexia, the contents of the back are out。
