摘要幼小衔接是幼儿平稳过渡幼儿园与小学两个教育阶段的重要过程。本研究以杭州市部分 幼儿园幼小衔接现状为例,指出其幼小衔接的内容、过程中存在的问题、原因及解决策略。 研究发现:(1)幼小衔接的内容主要体现在语言词汇积累、学习兴趣与习惯的培养、区角 环境布置的渗透、体育活动的锻炼、规则意识及任务意识的培养、小学生活的初步体验。(2) 幼小衔接过程中存在的问题主要有:缺少系统的幼小衔接课程、小学化的倾向稍有体现、幼 儿园单向化衔接、幼儿教师素质仍需提高、家长观念陈旧——重智育。(3)幼小衔接的入 学不适应的原因主要是学习方式的改变、学习环境的变化、教师评价的差异、幼儿教育小学 化倾向的影响、幼儿园和小学两个教育机构间缺乏沟通。(4)解决策略主要从家长、幼儿 园、社会三个方面着手。家长方面理智面对,积极配合幼儿园工作;幼儿园可以采取切实可 行的活动让幼儿培养初步适应小学生活的能力;社会应搭建幼小衔接教研平台,建立平等合 作关系,积极组织幼儿园老师与小学低年级老师互相沟通交流。88912

Young convergence is an important process of children's smooth transition between kindergarten and primary school in the two stages of education。 This study, taking some kindergarten in Hangzhou city as an example, points out the contents, problems, causes and solutions of the young convergence。 Study found that: (1) the young link content is mainly reflected in language vocabulary accumulation, cultivation of learning interest and habit, corner the penetration of the layout of the environment, sports activities of the exercise, The cultivation of rule consciousness and task consciousness,the experience of primary school life。 (2) young convergence process in the presence of mainly include: The lack of system of young convergence courses, the tendency of primary school has a little embodiment。, kindergarten unidirectional convergence, the quality of preschool teachers still need to improve, Parents old ideas, pay attention to intellectual education。 (3) The reasons for the entry of young convergence are mainly the change of learning style,the change in learning environment, the difference of teacher evaluation, the influence of early childhood education tendency,the lack of communication between kindergarten and two educational institutions in primary schools。 (4) to solve the strategy mainly from the
