摘    要:通过对西湖区某小学一到六年级小学生参加少年宫项目现状及意愿的问卷调查和访谈,发现当前小学生中参与青少年宫项目的人数过半,其中高段比例较低;项目设置培训类较多,可小学生更偏爱活动类;参加少年宫项目的原因因人而异,其中以“智能机器人”为代表的特色项目是吸引小学生参与项目的重要原因之一;艺术、活动等项目促进了小学生的发展,而文化培训无效果;小学生对少年宫除培训的项目较为满意。虽然态度积极,但是仍提出了非培训化、非室内化、趣味化和全民化的期待。为了更好地发挥青少年项目在促进小学生身心健康发展方面的价值,需要在青少年宫项目开发和实施方面做出以下几个方面的改革:为其发展提供政策优惠、开发有特色的项目、设计寓教于乐的教学过程、将其打造成功能多样化的综合场所。

ABSTRACT:Through questionnaires and interviews on the status and willingness of primary school pupils from Grades 1 to 6 in the Xihu District to participate in the Children's Palace project, it is found that the number of pupils participating in the Youth Palace Project is more than half, and the proportion of the high section is relatively low; there are many types of training for the project. Pupils prefer the activity category; the reasons for participating in the Children’s Palace Project vary from person to person, with the “Intelligent Robot” as the representative item is one of the important reasons for attracting primary school students to participate in the project; arts, activities and other projects promote the development of primary school students. Cultural training has no effect; primary school students are more satisfied with the project of training in children’s palaces. Although he has a positive attitude, he still put forward the expectations of non-training, non-interiorization, interest and universalization. In order to better display the value of the youth program in promoting the physical and mental health development of primary school students, reforms in the development and implementation of the Youth Palace project need to be made in the following areas: to provide policy concessions for its development, to develop distinctive projects, and to design apartments The teaching process of teaching and learning, making it a comprehensive venue with perse functions.
