Abstract：NiAiXing family upbringing of children too much love, excessive protection, too much care, tend to form self centered. In view of this, this article through the case analysis, mainly from the wash your hands before each meal, dinner, afternoon nap wear strip socks, using the toilet and so on four dimensions of preschool children living self-care ability present situation analysis, found the won't wash your hands before meals, eating more bad, I don't wear strip socks, not in time, using the toilet won't wipe, and analyze the cause of formation. On the basis of this can help parents to know the importance of cultivating good self-care ability of young children, pay attention to cultivate children to wash your hands after meal, the cultivation of the children eating situation, taking a nap oneself wear strip socks and the good habit of using the toilet, parents should change education idea, give children more opportunity to do myself. To actively care for young children to create a good life, promote the all-round development of young children.

由于当前家庭中的幼儿多是独生子女，孩子在家庭中的地位越来越高，是家里的“小皇帝”“小公主”，很少需要孩子为自己动手做些什么，特别是爷爷奶奶，对孩子极度溺爱，衣来伸手饭来张口，事事包办代替，久而久之，使孩子形成依赖心理，导致现在孩子的生活自理能力特别差。［1］孩子的生活自理能力是指儿童在日常生活中照顾自己的生活，自己的事情自己单独完成。然而当前学前儿童的生活自理能力低下，独立性不强、依赖行为极其严重，生活自理情况并不乐观，尤其重要的是从小培养孩子的自理能力并得到相关的改善。
一、溺爱型家庭教养方式和学前儿童生活自理能力的概述
（一）溺爱型家庭教养方式体现
溺爱型的家庭教育是家长让孩子处于家庭教育的中心地位，成为家庭的主宰者。[2]过多的满足孩子的各种愿望，做孩子想做的事情，家长自己宁愿节省一下也要满足孩子，因为心疼就一地迁就，使孩子的生活不能自理，作风很差，养成不良的习惯。
1、过分满足
太多的关注，一家人一直照顾他，陪他。容易满足孩子，给他们想要的东西，有一些父母给他们的孩子很多零花钱。养成不爱惜东西、讲求物质享受、挥霍和不关心别人并养成一身的坏毛病，而且不能吃苦。生活懒散，让日常生活中的孩子，学习和做事情没有规律。
