摘要:众所周知,教师这一行业要比其他职业的压力大、责任重,特别是作为教育事业的基础教育——幼教,则更是一个高压职业。面对各种的压力,幼儿教师能否通过合适的途径得到缓解和解决,对幼教工作的开展有着重要影响。因此,研究幼儿园教师的职业压力现状,并给出相应的缓解建议显得尤为重要。本文通过文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法,从幼儿教师工作、待遇、升职空间等几个方面对幼儿教师的职业压力进行调查与分析,笔者发现幼儿教师职业压力存在以下问题:工作量大、幼儿教师自身能力不足、班级人数多、幼儿安全问题、家园合作等,因此从加强师资队伍建设、控制班级人数、提升幼儿园设施状况、加强家园合作、提升自身修养、学会合理宣泄情绪等方面提出建议,以帮助幼儿教师的压力得到合理的缓解,并进一步推动幼教事业的发展。36904 毕业论文关键词:幼儿教师;职业压力;职业认同感
Kindergarten teachers occupational stress investigation and analysis of the state and ease
Abstract:As everyone knows, the teachers in this industry than any other occupation pressure big, heavy responsibility, especially as the basis of Preschool Education -- education, it is a high occupation. In the face of various pressures, teachers can through the appropriate way to ease and resolve, and has an important influence on the development of early childhood education. Therefore, the pressure of occupation status of kindergarten teachers, and gives the corresponding proposals to ease is particularly important. This article through the literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, from the aspects of teachers work, treatment, promotion space occupation pressure on teachers to carry out investigation and analysis, the author found the following problems: preschool teacher occupation pressure from heavy workload, lack of ability of preschool teachers, number of classes, child safety issues, home cooperation, so as to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, improve the control class size, kindergarten facilities, strengthen cooperation, improve their self-cultivation, to propose reasonable vent emotions, to help teachers get reasonable ease pressure, and further promote the development of preschool education.
