摘要:同伴交往能力的培养不仅影响幼儿性格的形成和心智的发展,而且影响幼儿以后的社会适应能力。鉴于此,本文通过观察研究法和访谈法,针对焦作市A幼儿园中班幼儿同伴交往能力的培养状况展开调查,主要从培养目的、培养内容、培养方式等多个角度进行现状分析,并分析形成原因。在此基础上,提出加强教师和家长对幼儿同伴交往的认识和学习,明确培养目标;循序渐进地开展系列活动主题,增强幼儿的同伴交往能力;培养形式渗透于一日生活中,积极发挥活动区环境的作用的建议。39616 毕业论文关键词:中班幼儿;同伴交往;能力

Abstract: Cultivating young children’s ability of communication affects the formation of their character and mind’s development as well as social adaptation ability. On account of this, this article launches an investigation on cultivating young children’s ability of communication with peers in Jiaozuo Kindergarten A through methods of observational studies and interview, analyzing current situation from various aspects, such as cultivating aim, contents, ways, etc, including formation reasons. On this basis, teachers and parents should strengthen the study of professional knowledge and the cultivating target must become clear; Also, the series of activity theme should be carried out gradually, improving young children’s ability of communication with peers; What’s more, training methods penetrates daily life to play a positive role of the activity area environment.
