摘要:考试焦虑是在应激情景刺激下,受个人的认知、评价、个性、特点等影响而产生的以对考试成败的担忧和情绪紧张为主要特征的心理反应状态。本文采用以人为中心的咨询理论,运用行为疗法和认知疗法来对一名考试焦虑的来访者进行心理咨询。咨询中一方面通过放松训练来缓解来访者的紧张、焦虑的情绪,另一方面运用ABC情绪疗法对来访者不合理的认知进行纠正,同时,为了使咨询效果达到最佳,在咨询过程中运用了质问、共情、指导等技术。七次咨询结束后,经过咨询师、来访者和他人的观察和评估,来访者的状态慢慢有了好转,不仅形成了正确的认知,提高了自我调节能力,并且懂得重构和换角度思考,提高了面对压力情境的抗挫能力。46922

A Case Study on the Problem of Test Anxiety

Abstract: test anxiety is in stress scene stimulation, cognitive and psychological reaction condition evaluation and personality characteristics, inpidual produced by the success and failure in the exam worry and emotional tension as the main characteristics of the. Currently at home and abroad about test anxiety research has proved that: moderate anxiety can increase the excitement, enhance attention, accelerate the velocity of the reaction, is conducive to play the normal level examinations; but if excessive anxiety, reduces the efficiency of, distraction, thinking dimension becomes narrow, not only directly affect the test level of the students of normal play, but also affect the development of physical and mental health of students. Therefore, the test anxiety intervention measures to promote the development of students physical and mental health, has become one of the important topics of researchers in psychology and education.

This article uses the human centered counseling theory, the use of behavioral therapy and cognitive therapy to a test of anxiety in the psychological counseling of visitors. Consultation on the one hand, through relaxation training to alleviate the visitors of the tension, anxiety emotion, on the other hand using ABC emotion therapy cognition of visitors is not reasonable to correct, at the same time, in order to enable the Advisory effect to achieve the best, in the consultation process using the questioned, empathy, to guide technology. After the end of the five sessions, after consulting pision, visitors and others of the observation and evaluation, visitors slowly took a turn for the better, not only the formation of the correct cognition, improve the self adjustment ability, and know how to reconstruct and to change the angle of thinking, improve the face of situational pressure anti frustration ability.
