摘要:随着人类完全进入二十一世纪的信息社会,信息技术的应用成为当今人类社会发展的必然趋势,涉及到经济、文化和教育等各项事业的发展。淮安市中小学校教育技术逐步从以传统的电化教育手段为主体过渡为以信息技术为依托,以计算机技术、网络技术为主体的多媒体教学技术,从而使全市中小学校教育信息化应用实现了跨越式发展。在教育现代化进程中数字化教育资源浪费现象问题日益突出,以淮安市的中小学数字化教育资源建设调查为基础,对数字化学习资源建设的情况进行分析。本文对数字化教育资源的含义进行了界定,通过文献调查和学校访谈方式了解淮安市中小学数字化资源建设与应用现状,在创建教育现代化过程中,教学资源建设成就及管理运用过程中存在的问题。分析淮安市数字化教育资源浪费的原因,提出数字化教育资源建设与有效运用的策略与建议。54682

Abstract: As human fully into the twenty -first century information society, information technology has become an inevitable trend of development of human society, related to the development of economic, cultural and educational undertakings. Huai'an City primary and secondary schools educational technology gradual transition from traditional audio-visual education as the main means of information technology as the basis, with computer technology, network technology as the main multimedia teaching techniques, so that the city's school application of information technology to achieve a great-leap-forward development. In the process of modernization of education digital educational resources waste problems have become increasingly prominent, to investigate Huai'an digital educational resources for primary and secondary construction, based on the case of digital learning resources construction analysis. In this paper, the meaning of digital educational resources were defined, understand the construction and application of Huai'an City Schools digitized resources through literature survey and school interviews, in the creation of educational modernization process, teaching resources construction achievements and manage the process of applying the existing problems. Analysis wasted Huai'an digital educational resources reasons put forward the construction of digital educational resources and effective use of strategies and recommendations.
