韩国企业对外直接投资的现状与借鉴探讨
在对外直接投资的众多韩国企业中，三星集团是成功的典型。三星集团积极响应韩国政府的鼓励政策，经过近30年的发展，已成为韩国最大的，国际知名的全球性跨国企业。但是，在韩国企业对外直接投资总体上成功的背景下，失败的案例也屡见不鲜。由于不熟悉投资对象国的实际国情，许多韩国企业被迫收回投资。
本毕业论文的研究系统地分析了韩国企业对外直接投资的发展历程和现状，并进一步指出了韩国企业对外直接投资过程中的成功经验和失败教训。结合中国的实际国情和国际的经济现状，本文提出了中国发展对外直接投资的若干建议，对中国实行“走出去”战略具有一定指导意义。6978

Title A Study on the Current Situation of Korean Companies’ FDI and Relevant Revelation
Abstract
South Korea is an emerging industrialized country, and as one of the "Asian Tigers", one of important reasons for its success is the foreign direct investment (FDI). Since the 60s of last century, the South Korean FDI has gone through three stages of development: the initial stage, the rapid development stage and high-speed development stage. Currently, Korean companies FDI has been developed to a higher level, as its total number of investment projects and total investment hit historically high levels. Especially, the South Korean FDI in China is developing very rapidly, and according to the Korean Ministry of Commerce statistics, the total investment in China has ranked second among all the countries.
Among many Korean companies’ FDI, Samsung Group is one of the successful example. Samsung Group responds positively to the encouragement policies of the South Korean government, and after nearly 30 years of development, Samsung Group has become Korea's largest corporation. However, in the context of South Korean successful FDI overall, failure is also common. As not familiar with the actual conditions of the investment destination, many Korean companies were forced to recover their investments.
This study systematically analyses of the development and current situation of the South Korean FDI, and further summarizes the experience of success and failures in South Korea's FDI. Combined with China's actual situation and international economic situation, this paper gives some suggestions to the development of Chinese overseas direct investment which would provide some revelations for Chinese companies to implement their "going out" strategy.
