摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展和居民生活水平的不断提高，居民们的消费观念从传统开始逐渐向多样化、快捷化转变，不但要求生鲜农产品新鲜、卫生、安全、营养，也希望产品的品种可以更加多样，配送的速度要及时。从而促使生鲜产品物流方式发生了重大变革，使冷链物流急骤升温。在分析了近几年中国的冷链物流发展的现状后，我们可看出冷链物流的发展与变化不仅影响着国内贸易，更将走上国际道路。促进全球生鲜贸易的流动，给消费者带来更多品种上的选择与品质上的保障。本文将在综合分析我国冷链物流现状的基础上再与国外冷链物流发达国家进行对比，进一步探讨了我国冷链物流的变化发展对国际贸易所产生的影响。62118

Analysis on how the cold chain logistics change influence the international trade

Abstract: While Globalization has made the relative distance between regions of the world much smaller, the physical separation of these same regions is still a very important reality. The greater the physical separation, the more likely freight can be damaged in one of the complex transport operations involved. Some goods can be damaged by shocks while others can be damaged by undue temperature variations. For a range of goods labeled as perishables, particularly food, their quality degrades with time since they maintain chemical reactions which rate can be mostly mitigated with lower temperatures. It takes time and coordination to efficiently move a shipment and every delay can have negative consequences, notably if this cargo is perishable. To ensure that cargo does not become damaged or compromised throughout this process, businesses in the pharmaceutical, medical and food industries are increasingly relying on the cold chain technology.
