摘要随着信息通讯技术以及互联网金融一词在我国的发展。目前我国的P2P网络贷款正经历着冰火两重天的发展局面，繁荣发展的同时出现了平台倒闭跑路的现象。而对于互联网金融发展的起源地——美国而言，特别是P2P行业，早已经发展成熟。本文在阐述中美P2P平台运营模式比较研究综述的基础上，阐述了中美P2P行业背景，本文以信和财富和Lending Club为例，从授信模式、资产配置、盈利模式、风险控制等方面分析了中美P2P平台运营模式的差异。最后从两个平台入手，来探索对中国互联网经济的启示。62342

Abstract Along with the information and communication technology， Internet banking is derived up in China.
