南京地下空间开发利用的融资模式及其创新研究

Title Innovation Research of Financing Model of Nanjing’s Underground Exploitation and Utilization
Abstract
With the high-speed development of economy, the acceleration of urbanization and the scarcity of earth in China, the underground space development improve quickly in many cities. In order to solve the financing problems and the drawbacks of government investment, we need market-oriented investment mechanism, combination of investors and variety capital sources. Project financing is an ideal way to meet these demands. At first, this paper analyzes the traits and scope of application of project financing. Secondly, according to two underground development cases, this paper points out the problems in Nanjing’s underground development financing concretely. Last but not least, after using other successful experiences for reference, this paper puts forward several creative suggestions against those problems.
