摘要：为了研究中小企业面临的国际贸易融资难的问题，本文在对中国中小企业国际贸易融资的方式和一些融资方面相关成果分析的基础上，同时也借鉴了国外的优秀经验，并结合中国中小企业的融资现状，总结了当前中小企业国际贸易融资存在的问题，认为在融资中，中国中小企业面临以下一系列问题：国际贸易融资审批缺乏统一有效的标准、中小企业信用管理体系不完备、国际贸易融资途径单一等。本文通过借鉴发达国家在促进中小企业发展方面的先进经验，给予三部门相应的对策建议。首先，政府部门应当加大对中小企业国际贸易融资的扶持力度和健全国际贸易融资相关法律。其次，银行应该积极创新国际贸易融资产品并进行技术创新[1]，将当前发展迅速电子网络技术运用在国际贸易融资业务领域，最后，中小企业也要提高自身的信用并规范本企业的财务管理。这些对策建议对中小企业的健康持续发展有重要的实践意义。75983

Abstract：In order to study international trade finance SMEs of hard issue , this paper is not only  based on the analysis of international trade finance for SMEs and some finance related outcomes, but also draws on the outstanding foreign experience, combined with SMEs in China financing Status and summarizes the current international trade finance for SMEs problems in financing that SMEs in China face the following series of questions: international trade finance approvals lack of uniform and effective standards for SME credit management system is not perfect, international trade finance such as a single pathway。 In this paper, learn from developed countries to promote SME development in the advanced experience of the government, banks and enterprises are put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions。 First, government departments should increase international trade finance for SMEs and to support efforts to improve the international trade finance laws。 Second, banks should actively innovative international trade finance products and technological innovation, the current rapid development of electronic network technology used in the field of international trade finance business, and finally, SMEs must also improve their credit and regulate the financial management of the enterprise。 These countermeasures and suggestions on healthy and sustainable development of SMEs have important practical significance。
