摘要伴随着全球消费市场一体化以及电子商务软硬件设施的日益完善,我国在B2C跨境电子商务方面取得了快速的发展。然而,跨境电子商务物流系统建设的严重滞后和高昂的跨境物流成本,严重的阻碍了我国B2C跨境电子商务企业的进一步发展。因此,为了更好地促进我国B2C跨境电子商务的发展,提升其物流服务的效率,我们需要综合考虑经济制度环境、顾客行为偏好、技术管理方式、交易成本等各个方面的影响,科学合理地选择一种适和我国目前处境的跨境电子商务物流模式,从而有效降低物流成本,更高效、更经济、更高质量地推进B2C跨境电子商务业务。首先,对政府来讲,其作为跨境电子商务市场的监管者,应当在现有扶持政策基础上,进一步出台以促进B2C跨境电子商务便利化为重点的专项政策,减少跨境电子商务企业不必要的制度成本;其次,对B2C跨境电子商务企业来讲,应积极构建第四方物流联盟,并致力于为顾客提供定制化跨境物流服务,这将成为其核心竞争力的重要来源。76279
