摘要新能源产业不仅仅是一个国家和地区的高科技发展程度的重要表现，同时也是国际之间竞争的战略中心点。然而，我国的新能源产业的发展有了一些成就，但是仍不成熟，新能源产业尚未完善其绩效评价体系。而资本结构对新能源这一资本密集型产业无疑是有着重大影响的。本文阐述了当前我国新能源上市公司的资本结构及其绩效的现状，综合运用科学的分析方法，对当前影响新能源上市公司经营绩效的资本结构因素进行了分析，研究我国新能源上市公司资本结构与企业绩效的关系，旨在为我国新能源行业在资本结构、公司治理等方面提供相关理论依据，为该行业在未来的稳健发展提出建议。82630

Title   The Empirical Study of Relationship Between  New Energy Listed Companies' Capital Structure and Business Performance

Abstract

New energy industry is not only an important manifestation of high-tech development level of countries and regions, but also the  center of strategic competition between international 。 However, although the development of China's new energy industry has made some achievements, it's still not mature。New energy industry has not improved its performance evaluation system 。 The capital structure undoubtedly has a major impact on the new energy industry which is capital-intensive industry 。 This paper reports the current status of China's new energy listed company's capital structure and performance , with the integrated use of scientific analysis ,analyzes the factors of capital structure that affect operating performance of new energy listed companies , investigate relationship between China's new energy listed companies' capital structure and corporate performance , which aims to provide a theoretical basis in China's new energy industry capital structure, corporate governance and capital research funding levels and make recommendations for the future steady and healthy development of the industry。

1．1  研究背景和意义

近年来，随着传统能源的日渐紧缺，已经在全世界范围内掀起研究、开发与利用新能源的狂潮，越来越多的国家在新能源产业制定多方面政策与措施，其生产规模和使用范围不断在扩大。新能源产业已然成为一个国家和地区的高科技发展程度的重要表现，同时也是国际之间竞争的战略中心点。我国作为最大的发展中国家，能量消耗巨大，新能源产业的发展更是刻不容缓。经过十一五计划的，2009年我国对新能源投资多达218亿美元，是美国的2倍，成为世界上对新能源投资最多的国家。还有十二五计划的强调，我国在新能源的开发利用方面已经取得了显著成果，技术水平也有了很大的提高，再加之十三五计划的新能源汽车的推广，我国已经出台以及即将出台一系列政策措施，这一系列的改变都使得我国新能源产业飞速发展。
