摘要：改革开放以来，以民营企业为代表的民营经济已经成为加快现代化进程的主要动力来源。民营企业的迅速崛起和发展是河南经济发展过程中一项伟大成就。近年来，河南民营企业进出口总额增长十分迅猛。但是由于河南民营企业从整体上来说国际化水平依然很低，民营企业科技创新能力也相对较低等原因，河南民营企业自身在其扩大国际市场时存在着来自企业外部环境和企业自身的一系列问题缺陷。对河南省民营企业存在的缺陷进行分析，并且分别从国家、政府、企业自身三个方面提出相应的改善措施，对促进河南民营企业发展和提升河南民营企业国际竞争力具有重要意义。83033

Private Enterprises in Henan Province

 Abstract：Since China's reform and opening up policy, private enterprises represented private economy has become the main source of power process of modernization speed。 The rapid rise of the private enterprises and the development of Henan economy is a great achievement。 In recent years, the total import and export of private enterprises in Henan are growing very rapidly。 Private enterprise innovation ability is low because of the Henan private enterprise internationalization of the overall level is still very low。 There are a series of problems in Henan, private enterprises themselves expanding the international market and competitiveness。 Analysis of Henan province private enterprise itself defects and put forward the corresponding improvement action to promote the development of private enterprises。 Hunan private enterprise international competitiveness is most significant。 Henan private enterprises expand the international market and efforts to improve its global competitiveness respectively。

前言

在当代，社会各界都已经开始逐步关注、支持民营企业，从而如何提升河南民营企业国际竞争力的问题也受到了广泛重视。的十六大之后，各界政府从中央到地方，都对如何提高民营经济国际竞争力提出了宝贵的建议以及各种应对措施。中国进入世界贸易组织给中国带来了机遇，中国也同样面临着极大的挑战。民营企业在受益于外国引入的先进技术和管理方法的同时，也要从容应对竞争和挑战，提升自身国际竞争力，从而为自身在国际经济发展的大浪潮中争得一席之地。由此，走国际化经济发展道路是各个民营企业生存和发展的必经之路。
