摘  要：随着中国对外开放的不断提高，中国与世界经济的联系日趋紧密。对中国而言，特别是加入世界贸易组织之后，我国的对外贸易发展迅猛。对外贸易的范围、额度和发展方式都发生了翻天覆地的变化。就全球而言，随着经济的全球化和贸易的自由化不断深入，在各国经济增长、对外贸易扩张的同时，环境的恶化一度被各国环境组织推到风口浪尖。本文主要采取文献检索法，总结归纳法和理论分析相结合的方法和对中国期刊网和知网中文献的研读，从近几年国内外热点环境政策出发，着重谈论“环境污染-进出口贸易”之间的关系，得出一些国家为了保护自身的经济利益，在加入世界一体化的过程中，以“公平贸易、竞争中立”的口号不断翻新贸易保护的方式，间接地阻碍了我国以及发展中国家经济的增长，但在另一方面有效的协调了生态经济的发展，推进了科技的进步和社会的文明，也对我国尽快实现经济可持续发展有着重大而深刻的意义。84009

The Impact of Environmental Policy on China's Import and Export Trade

Abstract：With the continuous improvement of China's opening to the outside world, China and the world economy increasingly close contact。 For China, especially after joining the world trade organization, China's foreign trade development rapidly。 The scope of foreign trade, lines and earth-shaking changes have taken place in the development way。 Globally, the continuous deepening of economic globalization and trade liberalization, countries in the world economic growth, foreign trade expansion at the same time, the deterioration of environment was national environmental groups pushed to the forefront。 This paper mainly adopts literature retrieval method, summarizes the induction and the combination of theoretical analysis method and the literature in the Chinese periodical network and knowledge network study, from the hot spot of environmental policy at home and abroad in recent years, mainly talk about "environmental pollution - the import and export trade, it is concluded that some countries to protect their own economic interests, the accession to the world in the process of integration, with the slogan of" fair trade, competition neutrality "constantly renovated the way of trade protection, indirectly hindered our country and economic growth in developing countries, but on the other hand effectively coordinate the ecological economy development, promote the social civilization, the progress of science and technology and also to our country as soon as possible is important and profound significance for sustainable economic development。
