摘要P2P模式近些年处在互联网的风口浪尖上,诸如Airbnb、P2P金融、小猪短租、P2P租车等以P2P模式开展的商业项目都在以自己的努力争取整个社会的认可。经过几年的发展,虽然P2P模式还算不上十分成熟,还有诸多问题,但是已经在社会中激起了层层波浪,P2P模式大潮的到来只是时间问题,因此我们建设了属于自己的P2P旅游网站——“我要走旅游网”,它是一个C2C电子商务和O2O商业模式融合的新平台。本文主要研究P2P旅游网站的用户体验问题及管理机制,由于是一个全新的领域,可参考的网站少之又少,调查研究满足用户需求的该模式网站迫在眉睫。我们将针对大学生和白领,通过调查问卷的形式进行用户体验评估,了解他们对于目前建设的P2P旅游网站的体验,之后分别从本能感官层、交互行为层和心理反思层解读分析用户对于P2P旅游网站的用户体验;另外P2P模式最大的问题在于诚信与安全,如何保证使用网站双方的权益至关重要,我们通过研究分析P2P旅游网站已有的管理机制来解决这个问题。最终我们根据本次实践研究的结果来修改我们正在建设的网站,使其成为该领域最具竞争力的产品。28163

Title  P2P travel site construction and management mechanism
Abstract
P2P mode on the cusp of the Internet in recent years, such as Airbnb, P2P finance, pig Short Term Rentals, P2P car rental and other commercial projects are undertaken in P2P mode in its own efforts to win recognition of the entire community。 After several years of development, although the P2P model also can not be considered very mature, there are many problems, but has provoked a wave layers in society, the arrival of P2P mode tide just a matter of time, so we have built up their own P2P Travel Site - "I go travel network", it is a new platform for e-commerce and O2O C2C business model integration。 This paper studies the user experience issues and management mechanism P2P travel sites, because it is a new field, refer to the website few, research to meet customer needs in this mode sites is imminent。 We will focus on college students and white-collar workers, in the form of user experience assessment questionnaire about their experience of the current construction of P2P for travel sites, after analyzing the user instinctively interpret sensory layer, layer interactions and psychological reflection layers are for P2P travel site user experience; another is that the biggest problem P2P model integrity and security, how to ensure that vital interests of both parties to use the site, we analyze P2P travel sites existing management mechanism to solve this problem through research。 Eventually we practice based on the results of this study to modify our website is under construction, making it the most competitive products in the field。
