Design and implementation of the platform for Open Laboratory Booking
Abstract：In this paper, in view of the present situation of experimental teaching in Colleges and universities, the design and implementation of an open experimental booking system based on.NET structure, using B/S architecture, C# as the development language, MYSQL as the background database. According to the teaching needs design the administrator module, including the information management, teacher information management, student information management and other functions; the ordinary user module is pided into teachers and students module module, teacher module includes the experimental confirmation, issued a notice and other functions; the student module, including the experiment reservation, view the curriculum and other functions. This system make the experimental teaching more convenient and faster than the original, and improve the efficiency and the quality of experimental teaching.

实验室开放预约平台的设计与实现
引言
实验室是高校实施素质教育，培养学生实践能力的重要基地。随着素质教育的发展，学生自主学习的需求不断增加，学校实验室硬件资源的不断建设，打破传统的实验室管理方式势在必行。在减轻实验室管理人员的工作负担的基准下，提高实验室的利用率和开放程度并满足复杂多样的实验室使用需求，迫切需要建立一个新型的智能化、自动化、无纸化及规范化的实验室预约管理系统。通过使用该系统提高实验室的使用效率、教学质量、管理水平和服务水平，以完善实验室教学体系。

1.1课题研究现状
就目前高校的实验室管理模式现状分析，大致存在以下三个问题：（1）实验室还采用人工管理方式，管理人员工作量大、工作效率低、出错率高；（2）实验室信息管理还停留在纸质统计，实验室使用率统计繁琐；（3）实验室课程安排缺乏科学化、人性化和自主化，实验资源不能得到充分合理的利用，预约效率极低。而且繁琐的预约流程工作量大，操作也不规范，直接导致实验资源的不充分利用，并给管理员和师生带来了诸多不必要的麻烦，影响了教学质量。所以，高校实验室管理方式有待于进一步研究，有必要研究和开发一套合适的预约管理系统来替代传统的实验室管理方法。
