The Design and Implementation of Online House-rent System
Abstract: House-rent service is a complex and meticulous work. In order to avoid the shortcomings of low efficiency of manual management, the subject have designed and implemented online house-rent system. The subject which was based on the B/S structure has completed by ASP.NET dynamic web technology and SQL Server 2005 database development technology. The system has three modules including user management module, house management module and order management module. Through these functions of the modules, the system has accomplished user registration, modify the information, house information management and order information management etc. The system can realize online house-rent service, and it is convenient for users to find house resource, so as to improve the efficiency of house-rent management.

引言
住房租赁服务很早就出现了，但是住房租赁的管理当时主要依靠人工管理。住房租赁服务作为房产市场的重要组成部分，在人们的生活中起着越来越重要的作用。住房租赁服务中房源信息和用户信息不断增多，依靠以前人工管理的方法已经不能满足当前住房租赁服务的需要了。为了更好的管理房源信息、用户信息，方便用户租赁房屋，利用计算机系统设计在线住房租赁系统，提高住房租赁服务的准确性和高效性，满足用户对住房租赁服务的需要，不仅避免了传统的住房租赁服务中人工管理存在的缺点，而且提高了住房租赁服务管理的工作效率。

住房租赁服务是一项琐碎、复杂而又十分细致的工作，房屋的基本资料、用户资料的管理，住房租赁管理和订单管理都需要精确而高效的完成，但是之前的住房租赁服务都是采用人工操作，费时费力，效率低。随着中国房地产市场的快速发展，住房租赁服务也随之发展迅速，因此规范住房租赁市场势在必行[1]。现在，为了满足人们的日常生活需要，提高住房租赁服务的工作效率，设计了一个基于计算机网络平台的在线住房租赁系统，这是社会发展的需要，也是人们的生活需要。在线住房租赁系统是对原来的住房租赁服务进行规范化、系统化和现代化，该系统设计合理、操作简单、使用方便、便于文护，它给用户带来了方便，同时也减轻了管理员的负担[2]。
