Abstract: With the rapid development of real estate, real estate agents has become an important part of this market segment, the traditional approach is inefficient manual process based real estate information is low, error rate, a bottleneck of real estate transactions. Development of the system can improve the housing agency's work efficiency, simplify step process information and produce more value. System to achieve the account information management, employee information management, listings management, customer information management, marketing information management, press releases and other business management functions, and also has upload pictures, many conditions matching characteristics. The system uses Visual Studio 2010 as the development environment, ASP.NET Development Kit as a foreground, using C # language to SQL Server 2008 as the back-end data management systems.
