摘要：本设计是本科二学历报名系统的设计与实现，是一个基于WEB的网站，主要是为了解决本科院校二学历专业课程对于在线报名，以及通过外网访问的需求而设计实现的，其主要系统模块，包括用户报名和后台管理两大部分。主要功能有用户管理、权限管理、公告管理、二学历报名、EXCEL导出等。文中首先介绍本系统开发时所用到的环境、工具及技术，接着介绍了二学历报名管理网站的发展背景，基本概念等一些基本理论，然后是网站的系统结构设计、需求分析、E-R图设计、数据库设计，最后是系统测试。67608

Abstract: 

My system is the second degree application management system, it is a website based on WEB,mainly to solve online application, and the demand for access by external networks, this system is included the user application and backstage management. The main function includes the user management, rights management, news management, second degree application, EXCEL export and so on. This paper introduces the system development environment, tools and technology, and then introduced the development background of second degree application and management site, the basic concepts and some basic theory, then the system architecture design of the site, demand analysis, E-R diagram design, database design, and finally the system testing.
