摘要导弹的质量、质心、偏心距、转动惯量等参数对导弹的设计制造和试验都有重要的影响,对这些参数进行测量的设备也在兵器、航天等领域都得到了广泛应用。本文设计了一套导弹静态参数测试系统,包括质量质心偏心距测试台、赤道转动惯量测试台、极转动惯量测试台。其中针对质量、质心和偏心距的测量,设计并实现了基于三点测量法原理的测量系统,用于在一种机械装置下测出导弹的质量、质心和偏心距,给出了测量系统的总体设计方案和结构设计方案。针对赤道转动惯量和极转动惯量的测量,也设计并实现了基于台式扭摆法原理的测量系统,在通用模块上安装不同的装夹模块来实现赤道转动惯量和极转动惯量的测量,给出了测量系统的总体设计方案和结构设计方案。最后应用Solidworks软件建模理论建立了测试系统的各个部分的几何模型和整体装配模型。

Abstract
Missile, the quality of the center of mass, eccentricity, the moment of inertia and other parameters on the design and manufacture and test of missile has important influence. To measure these parameters in weapon equipment, aerospace and other fields has been widely used . This paper designs a set of static parameters of the missile test system. Including mass eccentricity test bed, moment of inertia of the equatorial stands, polar moment of inertia of the test bed. Which in view of the measurement quality, centroid and eccentricity, designed and implemented based on the principle of three-point method of measurement is the measurement system, Used to measure missile under a mechanical device quality, centroid and eccentricity, gives the overall design and structure design scheme of measuring system. For measuring moment of inertia of the equatorial and polar moment of inertia, is designed and implemented based on desktop torsional pendulum method of the principle of measuring system. In the common modules are installed on the different clamping module to realize the moment of inertia of the equator and polar moment of inertia measurement, gives the overall design and structure design scheme of measuring system. The last application of Solidworks software modeling theory to establish the geometric model and the testing system of each part of the overall assembly model.
