摘要:58000DWT散货船的309P分段属于货舱区域靠船首的分段。在本次生产设计过程中，设计者针对其结构特点，根据原始资料提供的船厂生产能力与其详细设计图纸，充分分析之后，最终利用AUTOCAD软件与EXCEL软件绘制，制作出分段结构图，拼板图，吊马安装图，零件编码表。本文的重点则是通过文字描述散货船的发展概况，同时对图纸内容进行详尽的说明，完整表述该分段的生产设计过程，结构特点，吊码布置，吊装与翻身步骤等，并补充说明图纸上无法表达的内容，最终表达58000DWT散货船货舱309P分段的生产过程，即以内底板为基面，对该分段使用反造法进行生产，过程包括部件装配（纵桁，各肋位横向构件等），分段翻身，焊接直至最后吊装进行总组。

Abstract:he 309P section of the 58000DWT bulk carrier is a segment of the cargo hold close to the bow. In the production design process, the designer according to its structure characteristic, according to the original data of shipyard production capacity and the detailed design drawings, fully analysis, finally using AUTOCAD software and EXCEL software to draw, produce segmented structure, board diagram, hanging horse mounted parts diagram, encoding table. The focus of this paper is to describe the development of bulk carriers by text.At the same time, the novel describes of the contents of the drawings, production process of the design, structural features, hanging horse layout, lifting and turn over steps, and so on, and added that the content can not be expressed on the drawings.The expression of the production process will eventually 58000DWT bulk cargo 309P segment, which is on the floor within the base, segmented using anti law making production process, including assembly (longitudinal, transverse rib of each component), the sectional turning, welding until the last lifting total group.
