摘要:58000DWT散货船的309P分段属于货舱区域靠船首的分段。在本次生产设计过程中,设计者针对其结构特点,根据原始资料提供的船厂生产能力与其详细设计图纸,充分分析之后,最终利用AUTOCAD软件与EXCEL软件绘制,制作出分段结构图,拼板图,吊马安装图,零件编码表。本文的重点则是通过文字描述散货船的发展概况,同时对图纸内容进行详尽的说明,完整表述该分段的生产设计过程,结构特点,吊码布置,吊装与翻身步骤等,并补充说明图纸上无法表达的内容,最终表达58000DWT散货船货舱309P分段的生产过程,即以内底板为基面,对该分段使用反造法进行生产,过程包括部件装配(纵桁,各肋位横向构件等),分段翻身,焊接直至最后吊装进行总组。

Abstract:he 309P section of the 58000DWT bulk carrier is a segment of the cargo hold close to the bow.
