摘要：本次课题研究的是轿车自动清洗装置，随着我国汽车行业的高速发展和汽车保有量 的不断攀升，汽车清洗行业也取得了长足的进步，但是以人工清洗为主的我国汽车清洗 行业还存在比较多的弊端，于是自动汽车清洗机也就应运而生。

本篇文章主要介绍了轿车自动清洁装置的清洗过程，工作原理，传动机构，滚刷结 构等内容，并从经济性，安全性，环保性，高效性等方面对该装置进行设计，并运用机 械，有限元等知识对其进行分析，从而得到科学合理的设计方案。

Title Design of Automatic Cleaning Device for Car

Abstract：This research is the car automatic cleaning device, with the rapid development of China's auto industry and the continuous increase in car ownership, car cleaning industry has made considerable progress, but the manual cleaning of China's auto cleaning industry still exists many defects, so automatic car washing machine come into the people's vision.

This thesis mainly introduces the cleaning process, working principle, transmission mechanism and roller brush structure of the car automatic cleaning device, and the device is designed from the aspects of economy, safety, environmental protection and high efficiency.In order to get a scientific design, the thesis uses the mechanical, finite element Analysis and other knowledge to analyze the subject.
