摘要:本文主要研究自动光学检测机构中二维图像的采集与与之相关的机械结构相关设计。在自动光学检测机构中,我们运用机械传动的工作平台与CCD,协作完成二维图像的采集,采用远心镜头,运用远心镜头可以在一定的物距范围内,使得到的图像放大倍率不会变化的特性,完成图像的采集,并保证采集来的图像质量,使其能在电脑程序中被分析,工作平台需要能做到三维移动,通过C++6.0程序开发环境下开发的系统的自动控制程序,精确控制每次图像采集的坐标。通过对两者的控制完成对所需采集图像的精确掌控。收集的图像在后期过程中转为高对比度黑白,以更好的发现被测物的瑕疵,配合黑白图像,被测物的光照条件中,色温不予考虑,但光强要足够,满足在CCD在低感光度下也能获得亮度足够的图像,CCD感光度不能过高,因为在高感光度下CCD会产生噪点,影响电脑程序对特征的识别,此外,镜头的焦距应控制在一定范围内,避免产生畸变影响电脑程序的检测。在后期在电脑对被测物的分析中,即图像特征研究方面,我们通过理论分析以及相关的计算,研究并得到分数傅里叶变换相关识别性能。42400
