摘要:模具工业对经济和社会的发展有着重要的推进作用,加工产业中广泛运用着多种多样的模具,其中注塑产品因其质轻,物美,在生活中应用广泛,在模具产业中发展迅速。随着技术的发展和对产品质量的追求,相对比冷流道注塑,热流道技术具有节约原料,提升注射的质量和缩短成型周期的特点,同时我国在热流道的使用趋于上升和发展阶段,越来受到人们的重视,对于模具工业自身发展有着积极的推广和发展作用。本设计通过使用NX/Mold Wizard向导模组,对产品采取了材料特性及成型工艺的分析、塑件分模设计、模架设计、热流道浇注设计、顶出系统设计、冷却水路设计,绘制成型零件二维图及模具装配图。通过分析计算,解决制件自身多处复杂倒扣,并进行模流分析,校核产品设计。塑件本身存在许多侧抽芯和镶件机构,可以从NX标准件库里面调出适合自己毕业设计的机构类型。完成合理的模具设计之后,按照国家制图标准使用AutoCAD绘制二维装配图、型芯和型腔图、重要成型零件图等。70109

Computer heating plate of hot runner injection mold design based on NX/Mold Wizard

Abstract: Die and mold industry on economic and social development has an important role in the promotion and processing industry widely used a variety of mold, which injection molding products for its light quality, light, in life widely used, in the mold industry rapid development. The design by using NX/Mold Wizard module, material properties and forming process analysis of product, plastic parts mold design, mold design, hot runner design, top of the design of the system, and the cooling water, drawing forming part 2D drawing and mold assembly drawing. Through analysis and calculation, to solve many complex parts itself upside down, and mold flow analysis, optimization of product design.This subject has complex structure, many aspects need to consider The plastic part itself has many side core pulling and insert piece mechanism, which can be transferred from the NX standard parts library for their graduation design organization type. After the completion of the mold design is reasonable, according to the national standard drawing using AutoCAD drawing 2D assembly, core and cavity maps, important molding drawing.
