摘要基于单片机的气动输送试验系统输送系统结构设计气动技术是一门利用压缩空气作为工作介质来传递能量和信号,配合微型计算机或 者工业计算机和相应软件来实现工业自动化的技术。由于其独特的优点,其在机械、电 子、轻工、化工、食品、包装、印刷等领域中广泛应用。70138

本课题是气动输送系统结构设计,包括整体结构布置、依据生产商提供的标准元件 手册选择执行元件、电磁阀,设计安装固定所需的非标准结构件,用 AutoCAD 绘制二维 零件图及装配图、用 Solidiworks 绘制三维零件图及装配图,根据实际生产需求设计出完 整的动作顺序;在此基础上选择合适的可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),根据选择的执行元件 和电磁阀等绘制 PLC 电路接线图,依照动作顺序编制 PLC 程序。完成后的总体设计具备 手动单步、回原点、单周期循环和连续循环的操作方式,充分适用于教学、批量生产等 场合。

该系统具有高可靠性、定位精度高、承受载荷大、气动回路简单、低成本、适应性 强等优点,能够广泛应用于实际工业中需要单调、频繁搬运产品的场合。

Title The design of pneumatic conveying test system based on Microcontroller-Structure design of conveying system

Abstract Pneumatic technology is a use of compressed air as the working medium to transmit energy and signal,achieves industrial automation technology with the microcomputer or industrial computer and the corresponding software.Because of its unique advantages,it is widely used in the fields of machinery,electronics,light industry,chemical industry,food, packaging,printing and so on.

This topic is a pneumatic conveying system structure design,including the overall layout of the structure,choose the implementation of components, solenoid valve according to the standard components provided by the manufacturer,design and installation of non-standard structure fixed desired pieces,use AutoCAD to draw 2D part drawings and assembly drawings, use Solidiworks to draw 3D parts drawing and assembly drawing,complete the action sequence according to the actual needs of the design;then select suitable programmable logic controller (PLC),According to the choice of the implementation of components and electromagnetic valves,drawing PLC circuit wiring diagram,finish the PLC program in accordance with the action sequence . After the completion of the overall design with manual single step,back to the origin, single cycle and continuous cycle of operation mode,fully applicable to teaching,mass production and so on.

The system has high reliability,high positioning accuracy,bear large load,simple pneumatic circuit,low cost,strong adaptability,can be widely used in industrial practice which requires monotonic and frequent handling products.
