In this paper, the garage frame of the mobile stereo garage is designed, and the structure of the retractable garage is determined according to the design requirements。 The hydraulic system is selected as the driving device, and the iron is  used  as a locking structure, the opening and closing of the locking structure is controlled by the power of the electromagnet。 The hydraulic system is designed and calculated to determine the hydraulic system of the circuit, as well as the hydraulic pump model, drive motor power selection。 In addition, after the parametric design of the frame of the garage, the CAE analysis is carried out on the bearing  beam of the  garage to ensure the structural strength。

The next is the design of the crane。 In this paper, based on the existing design ideas of the crane, this paper puts forward the improvement and innovation, and designs a higher efficiency of the stacking crane, and the structure of the stack of the parametric  design。  First  of  all,  the  walking  mechanism  of  the  stacking  crane  is designed, the running mechanism driven by frequency conversion motor is determined, and the selection calculation of the frequency conversion motor and the selection of the frequency converter are carried out。 Followed by the design and calculation of the lifting mechanism。 Determine the worm gear, worm drive, lifting scheme。 Then, according to the actual need, the design to the stacker system are designed。 Selecting the inverter motor as the original motivation to determine the frequency of the inverter model。 In the end, the finite element analysis and life  check of the key components of the stacking machine are also carried out to ensure the structural strength of the stacking crane。

At last, the control system of the mobile stereo garage is designed, and the comparison and selection of the sensor are carried out, and the improvement of the control system is made。
