摘要随着社会的发展与科技的进步,人们对柴油机的性能要求不断提高。作为柴油机 中的关键零件之一,缸盖结构复杂,工作环境恶劣,承受着很高的热负荷和机械负荷。 缸盖的强度对柴油机的性能影响很大,这就对缸盖提出了更高的要求。在这一情形下, 缸盖的可靠性与寿命对柴油机尤为重要,同样也受到许多研究者的关注。因而,在已 知条件下对缸盖进行强度校核是必不可少的。

本文以 4L68 柴油机缸盖为研究对象,查阅相关文献,对缸盖进行强度校核。首 先,利用 Pro/E 软件进行缸盖的三维建模。其次,对柴油机的工作过程进行计算分析, 然后根据相关的数据,确定缸盖的热应力和机械应力分析的边界条件及加载方式。最 后将缸盖模型导入 ANSYS Workbench 中划分网格,对缸盖进行有限元分析。本文通 过分析缸盖的热应力、机械应力与热机耦合分布情况,达到缸盖强度校核的目的,并 对以后缸盖的研究与改进提出一些合理的建议。83514

Abstract With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology, the demands of the diesel engine’s performance have been continuously raised。Being one of the key parts of the diesel engine,the cylinder head has complicated structure and works in severe circumstance,bearing high heat load and mechanical load。The intensity of the cylinder head has a great influence on the performance of the diesel engine,which in turn requires higher demands from the cylinder head。In this case,the reliability and service life of the cylinder head are particularly crucial for the diesel engine。And this also receives a lot of many researchers’ attention。Therefore,the intensity check of the cylinder head is essential under the given circumstances。

In this paper,the cylinder head of the 4L68 diesel engine is set as the researched object。By consulting the related documents,the intensity check of the cylinder head is conducted。First of all,by using Pro/E software,the three-dimensional model building of the cylinder head is finished。Secondly,the working process of diesel engine is calculated and analyzed。Then,according to the relevant data,the boundary conditions and loading methods of the thermal stress and the mechanical stress analysis are determined。At last,the cylinder head’s model is imported into ANSYS Workbench to pide mesh。In addition,the finite element analysis of cylinder head is conducted。In this paper,the distributions of thermal stress, mechanical stress and thermal and mechanical coupling stress are analyzed,which achieves the purpose of the strength check of cylinder head and puts forward some reasonable suggestions about research and improvement of cylinder head in the future。
