Analysis of the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprise operators
abstract: The incentive mechanism is to stimulate enterprise operator's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, complex operating system to fully tap the potential of human capacity, is the incentive theory as the know, incentive method, and the process of enterprise operators incentive. A good incentive system can form a binding on the talent, to help enterprises to better retain talents, promote the long-term development of enterprises. The problem has become a core issue in the reform of the enterprise incentive mechanism. This paper analyzes the incentive mechanism of our country and the existing problems, analysis of Haier company incentive model, proposed to establish and improve the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprise manager constraint type, effective measures to retain talents for the state owned enterprises.
