摘 要：随着我国经济的飞速发展，财务分析在企业的生产经营中起着很重要的作用。本文选取以阿里巴巴作为具体研究对象，对公司2014-2016年的发展能力、营运能力、盈利能力、偿债能力进行分析，通过对相关指标的分析，从中发现该公司存在资金滞留、应收账款过多、成本偏高等问题，并且针对这些问题提出提高经营性收入、更加善于利用闲置资金、采取措施及时收回应收账款、降低成本等建议，以此来更好地提升公司的管理。85809
