摘要：作为企业财务管理的基本理论问题之一,企业财务管理目标对于评判企业理财活动的合理性的作用不言而喻，而财务管理目标的不同也会造成财务管理运行机制的不同。制定科学合理的财务管理目标有利于企业完善对财务管理目标理论以及生产经营行为的优化，形成可持续发展的财务管理系统。本文结合财务管理目标以及资本结构的理论分析，对我国上市公司的资本结构现状与问题进行剖析,进而揭示企业融资须以内源融资、短期债务融资、长期债务融资、股权融资为的顺序动态调整资本结构，提升财务管理水平，实现企业自身价值最大化。

Discussion on enterprise financial management objective and capital structure optimization

Abstract：As one of the basic theoretical problems of enterprise financial management, the financial management objectives of enterprises are very helpful to judge the rationality of financial activities and the effect of expected indicators, and the different financial management objectives will cause different financial management mechanism. The development of scientific and rational financial management objectives is conducive to the improvement of financial management objectives and production and business behavior optimization, the formation of sustainable development of financial management system. Based on the theoretical analysis of financial management objectives and capital structure, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the capital structure of listed companies in China. It is necessary to dynamically adjust the capital structure, improve the level of financial management and maximize the value of the enterprise by means of internal financing, short-term debt financing, long-term debt financing and equity financing.
