摘要：随着经济的快速发展，我国越来越重视中小型企业的发展。科技型中小企业主要从事高新技术的开发、生产，在经济可持续发展以及科技创新等发面发挥着重要作用，但是科技型中小企业的生存与发展状况并不良好，其融资环境需要不断改善。本文主要研究的是我国科技型中小企业融资问题。首先详细阐明了科技型中小企业的概念与现状，随后从内外部两方面分析了科技型中小企业融资问题的成因，对融资渠道进行了分析研究，并结合国内外案例与如今我国经济发展的新形式，针对问题成因，提出了能够改善融资问题的对策。

Science And Technology Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Financing Problems Research

Abstract：With the rapid development of economy, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises are taken on more and more attention by our country. Science and technology of small and medium-sized enterprises mainly engage in the development and production of high and new technology. They play an important role in sustainable economic development、scientific and technological innovation. However , the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprise condition is not good, they need to improve the financing environment constantly. This paper mainly studies the science and technology of small and medium-sized enterprises financing problems. Firstly, the concept and status of small and mid-sized enterprise is discussed in detail, then from two aspects of internal and external cause analysis of the problems of small and mid-sized enterprise financing, the financing channels for the analysis and research, and combined with domestic and foreign cases and now a new form of economic development in our country, in view of the problem causes, puts forward the solution to improve the financing problem.
