摘 要：资本结构是指各种资本的价值构成及比例关系，使公司价值最大、平均资本成本最低的即为最佳资本结构。经济体制改革的深化要求公司资本结构的发展和完善。社会经济发展情况、金融市场运行状况和利率及税收变化情况等都严重影响着我国的公司资本结构，也阻碍了宏观经济的发展。从而，研究我国的公司资本结构具有重要的现实意义。与此同时，对公司资本结构进行分析与选择研究也是分析财务风险、合理运用财务杠杆的先决条件。
