The influence that persified operation on the performance of agricultural enterprises
Abstract：The influence that persified operation on the performance of agricultural enterprises has been disputed all the time. After reviewing related study at home and abroad in the past and analyzing possible relation between the above two, the paper choose financial data of Chinese agricultural listed companies from 2012 to 2015 as sample and apply the method of multiple regression to explore the relationship. Besides, the difference between related persified operation and unrelated is tried to study. The result shows that because so many advantages it can bring, proper persified business operation can improve financial performance of agricultural enterprises effectively. Proper related persified operation will promote a firm’s development, but over persified operation will lead to lots of other problems and injure an agricultural company’s financial performance and make it fall into financial crisis even. Therefore, it is extremely important to choose persification strategy prudently according to a company’s physical truth to elude the bad influence of persified operation and make sure one’s sound development.

多元化经营对农业上市企业财务绩效影响的研究
引言：农业是关乎国家民生的基础性和战略性产业。一直以来，和国家十分关注“三农”问题，十分重视我国农业的发展。农业上市公司代表着我国较为先进的农业生产力，是推动现代农业发展的强大动力和连接农民与市场的纽带，因此，在我国农业的升级与发展过程中发挥着不可忽视的作用。
由于农业生产的弱质性，使得农业上市公司不仅面临着一般的市场风险，还面临着特殊的自然风险。另外，由于农业生产周期一般较长，获利速度相对缓慢，导致农业企业的盈利水平普遍低于其他企业。2010年我国所有上市公司的平均净利润为7.26亿元，而农业上市公司的平均净利润仅为2.77亿元，差别十分悬殊。由于企业的最终目的是实现利润最大化，如此大的利润差距迫使农业企业将目光转向其他行业，很多农业上市公司开始进行产业转型，从传统的单一经营向多元化经营转变，多元化经营是农业上市公司战略管理的组成部分。进行多元化经营无疑可以有效地降低企业的经营风险，提高企业资金周转率，拓展利润来源，发挥企业综合效益。但也有一些农业企业，为了逐利盲目地将经营方向转向自己并不擅长的领域，从而导致资产利用率降低、多元化战略制定不当、主营业务衰落等现象，严重阻碍企业的发展。
