Abstract
In recent years, the draft market is developing rapidly in our country, and the draft trading has become one of the main financing way in economic market. However, the draft business still has much problem and risk. Such as regional development of draft market is unbalanced, the disadvantages of the traditional draft trading is appearing obviously, it lacks the market credit and unified trading platform, etc. In order to solve the above problems that existing in a paper trading, this article mainly analysis the case from the direction of the financial institutions. The article mentions that we should expand electronic instrument trading platform actively, and get rid of the paper management firstly. Secondly, we should perfect legal system about draft. Thirdly, we ought to strengthen internal supervision of Banks and improve the professional quality of internal staff. Fourthly, setting up paper market credit system is very important. Fifthly we supposed to establish a unified bill trading platform. The last but not least, we must avoid the risk in the each link of draft trading. Only in this way can we guard against the risk of draft clearing, and develop the bill business better and better.
