摘  要：随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断进步，管理会计在中小企业管理中也开始扮演着重要的角色。但是，由于我国经济现状与国外的经济状况存在差异以及中小企业自身诸多的限制因素，管理会计在我国中小企业的应用中尚处于初级阶段。本文阐述了管理会计的重要知识及各企业单位中管理会计的现象，并将以荣昌玻璃制品有限责任公司为例，了解管理会计在荣昌公司发展中存在的主要制约因素，并提出改善荣昌公司管理会计的现状、促进管理会计在中小企业中发展的有效措施，增强企业对管理会计的重视。53979

Abstract: With the constant progress of market economy in China, Management accounting plays an important role in medium-sized and small enterprises. However, management accounting applied to such scale of enterprises still stays initial stage. Several factors result in the phenomenon, such as the difference of economic development between our nation and foreign countries and the limitation of medium-sized and small enterprises themselves. The essay includes some important theory about management accounting and current situation of its application in companies. Specifically, the essay takes the example of Rongchang Company Limited, revealing some problems which exist in the medium-sized and small enterprises when they analyze management accounting. Meanwhile, in order to cultivate the awareness of people that management accounting is of great importance, this essay put forward some efficient suggestions to deal with the problems of the management accounting’s development in medium-sized and small enterprises in order to make enterprises value on management accounting.
