摘 要：随着时间的迁移，中国市场经济发展有了一个质的飞跃，各企业所面临的竞争日渐突出，负债筹资已成为必然的业务工具。负债筹资成为普遍采用的企业筹资的重要手段，是由于其独特的财务杠杆效应，但目前中国的财务杠杆并没有受到足够的重视，以及其使用的上市公司也存在一些问题。为了提高企业的经济效益，企业所必须关注的重要问题是如何应对财务杠杆所带来的正负效应。本文在上市企业的财务数据基础上，从财务杠杆系数开始，阐明三友集团的财务杠杆对其的影响，并通过比较复杂的“双刃剑”效应，才能及时查找财务杠杆带来的问题，找出原因并提出解决方案。54763

Abstract： Over time,the development of the china's market economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent, debt financing has become a nencessary operational tool. Also,it is because of  its special financial leverage that debt financing becomes an important and general used measure for corporate finance, however, nowdays, Chinese financial leverage has not been paid enough attention, Besides,listed company  which has used it exists some problems. In order to improve the economic benefit of enterprises, these enterprises should pay attention to an important problem is how to deal with the positive and negative effect of the financial leverage.Based on the financial data of the listed companies, from the beginning of the financial leverage ,the financial leverage of the enterpise  to clarify the effect on it, and through more complex "double-edged  sword" effect, in order to find the problems of the financial leverage, find out the reasons and propose the solution.
