摘  要：企业存在的目的在于通过经营管理获得收益。企业的相关经济体包括投资人，债权人，经营管理者、员工及政府机构等，都需要对企业的价值进行评估，判断企业能给自己以及整个社会带来怎样的收益。本文试图通过对江苏微宁科技盈利能力的分析和评价，结合财务要素和非财务要素，运用特定的指标和标准，对企业的现有获利情况及盈利潜力作出较为准确的判断，为提高企业盈利能力提出相关建议。56047
