摘  要：江苏省经济发展的主要核心便是中小企业，可是最近这几年里许多中小企业面临各种经济危机，甚至倒闭。其中主要原因就是中小企业融资难的问题一直无法得到解决。虽然近年来政府大力支持中小企业融资、贷款等行为。但是银行对于中小企业借贷仍然小心谨慎，甚至不予借贷。中小企业融资问题仍是社会关注的热点和难点问题。本文首先分析了中小企业在江苏省经济中的作用和地位，其次阐述了江苏省中小企业融资的特征和方式现状。指出了江苏省中小企业融资存在的问题，提出了改善中小企业融资问题的路径。56549

Abstract： Small businesses are an important part of economic development in Jiangsu Province. In recent years, many small businesses in face of a variety of economic crisis, and some of them even bankruptcy. The main reason is that these businesses’ financial problems have not been resolved. Although in recent years, governments provide some supports for these businesses, bank for small businesses lending is still hard. Small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems still is the social hot and difficult problem. This paper first analyzes the role of small and medium enterprises in Jiangsu province economic and status, secondly expounds the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprise financing institutions and the status of the way．pointed out the Jiangsu province small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems，to improve the path of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems are put forward．

1  引言

资本乃企业的立身之根本，每一个企业想要发展就必须要拥有更多资本。但是，绝大多数的中小企业偏偏缺少发展资本所需要的资金，在这样的状况下江苏省中小企业必须面对融资问题，并且融资问题也是中江苏省小企业经营发展的核心问题。一个企业的融资情况决定了这个企业发展和成长是否顺利和健康，然而融资所需要注意的问题却又很多，融资过程中需要防止资金筹集的过多，造成资金闲置，增加成本的负担额风险；又要注意企业的融资制度必须与政府的宏观政策相呼应。然而江苏省目前的融资环境都是以大型企业为主体，同时缺乏对中小企业服务的金融机构，这是中小企业融资困难的一个表现，而另一方面因为中小企业规模小，信誉度低下等情况也极大的限制了中小企业从银行或者市场的筹资。
