摘要随着改革开放的脚步不断前进，全国的中小企业犹如雨后春笋，不断地迸发出来， 全国超过百分之九十的企业都是中小企业。中小企业不但生产总值超过国内企业的一 半，税收也占据了一半左右，出口比例占据全国出口的六成，为全国提供了大部分的 就业机会。在国民经济中中小企业也起了很大的作用。现在不少的中小企业开始着手 对 ERP 的探索并且有效使用。ERP 作为一种企业流行的新型管理方式，能给企业管理 增加新的活力。中小企业只有能够得当的运用 ERP 管理模式，才能有效的整合企业资 源，将中小企业的运行效率和质量提高到最高程度。81722

ERP application research of Small and medium-sized enterprise

Abstract Step forward with the reform and opening , small and medium-sized enterprises have mushroomed across the country ,burst forth constantly , the country more  than ninety percent of the enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises。Small and medium-sized enterprises not only GDP more than half of the domestics enterprises , and tax also occupies the half , the export proportion accounted for sixty percent of national output , provides the country with most of the jobs。In the national economy also plays a large role in small and medium-sized enterprises。In order to be able to adapt to competition and survive  in  the fierce competition , ERP is a kind of as an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises。 Now a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises begin to explore and effective use of ERP 。 ERP is the most popular way of management ,brings a new way of management for the enterprise。 Small and medium-sized enterprises is only  to be able to properly use ERP management mode, to effectively integrate the enterprise resources ,to increase the efficiency and quality of small and medium-sized enterprises  to the last degree。
