精恶唑禾草灵环境毒性研究任务书
1 了解精恶唑禾草灵的生物及化学性质。
2 学习并掌握水生物种铜绿微囊藻及绿色微囊藻的培养方法。

4 学习并掌握环境安全评价的方法,并对精恶唑禾草灵进行环境安全评价。
二、原始条件及数据：论文网
1、铜绿微囊藻（Microcystis aeruginosa）FACHB 905购于中国科学院武汉水生所（武汉，中国）。藻细胞用BG11（pH=9.0）培养基培养。置于RXZ智能人工气候箱，温度28±1°C，光强40μmol/m2•S，湿度60%，白天/黑夜=12h/12h。
2、急性毒性实验参照OECD标准实验方法进行。
3、化合物染毒基本条件具备。
4、急性毒性实验及蛋白含量检测条件具备。
5、化合物液相检测方法基本建立。
三、设计的技术要求（论文的研究要求）：
1、掌握蓝藻培养方法；
2、掌握藻类急性毒性实验方法；
3、掌握细胞氧化胁迫的实验方法；
4、掌握数据分析基本方法。
四、毕业设计（论文）应完成的具体工作：
1、实验室稳定培养蓝藻细胞；
2、蓝藻细胞生长曲线绘制及EC50计算；
3、氧化胁迫指标检测；
4、数据分析，论文撰写。
