摘要:本文研究了涝害处理对四种盆栽小菊(钟山雪桂、金陵红莲、金陵红玫、金陵阳光)生长的影响。实验通过观察根、茎、叶外部形态和测定生理指标,包括叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化酶(APX)的活性,以及膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量,筛选出最优的耐涝盆栽小菊品种,同时筛选出适宜在上海地区生长、具有优异耐涝性的品种。结果表明:耐涝性鉴定时间以淹水16天为宜。在涝渍胁迫过程中,四种盆栽小菊的根系活力急剧下降;钟山雪桂和金陵红玫的叶片抗氧化酶活性、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量变化相似,平均总含量都比金陵红莲、金陵阳光高;且两者的膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量相对较低,变化起伏相对较小。结合外部形态观察发现,钟山雪桂和金陵红玫较为耐涝,金陵红莲和金陵阳光较为不耐涝。22994

Waterlogging Tolerance of Potted Chrysanthemum
Abstract: This paper studies the waterlogging tolerance of four species of potted chrysanthemum cultivars (Zhongshanxuegui, Jinlinghonglian, Jinlinghongmei and Jinlingyangguang). Experiment by the observation of the root, stem, leaf morphology indicators and the determination of physiological indices, including leaf superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activity and membrane lipid oxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) content, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, obtained the most tolerant species, while screening out suitable varieties of chrysanthemum which had high waterlogging tolerance in Shanghai region. The results showed that: the 16th day after waterlogging was critical day to identify the waterlogging tolerance. The root vigor of four species all declined significantly under waterlogging. Zhongshanxuegui and Jinlinghongmei had similar change in antioxidant enzyme activities, chlorophyll content and soluble protein content, the total average content were higher than these of Jinlinghonglian and Jinlingyangguang, and membrane lipid oxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) content of Zhongshanxuegui and Jinlinghongmei was relatively low, and the data changes of the two species were also relatively small. The morphological changes under the waterlogging suggested that Zhongshanxuegui and Jinlinghongmei are the tolerant species, whereas Jinlinghonglian and Jinlingyangguang are the sensitive species.
