摘要:本文以高温敏感的黄瓜品种‘津春2号’为试材,测定了黄瓜幼苗叶绿素含量、生长指标的变化及叶绿体超微结构的变化,研究了高温胁迫下外源亚精胺对黄瓜幼苗生长及叶绿体超微结构的影响。结果显示:(1)在正常情况下,对黄瓜幼苗喷施外源亚精胺对幼苗的生长指标以及叶绿体结构无显著的影响。(2)在高温胁迫下,黄瓜幼苗的叶绿素含量、地上部鲜重、干重较正常情况,都有明显的降低;高温胁迫下,叶绿体内的淀粉粒明显增多,基粒片层受到挤压且杂乱无章,而且在片层上还出现了嗜饿颗粒,叶绿体结构变形。(3)在高温胁迫下喷施外源亚精胺,可以有效的缓解高温对黄瓜幼苗生长的抑制,还显著提高了黄瓜幼苗叶绿素含量;外源亚精胺还可减少叶绿体内淀粉粒的积累,缓解了基粒片层的挤压,使其有序排列,还减少了嗜饿颗粒的数量。研究表明,外源亚精胺能有效的稳定高温胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶绿体结构的变化,提高叶绿素含量。25675

Effects of Exogenous Spermidine on growth and chloroplast ultrastructure of Cucumber Seedlings under high temperature stress
Abstract:This paper takes the Cucumber Variety 'high temperature sensitive Jinchun 2' as experimental material, the chlorophyll content of cucumber seedlings were measured. The changes of growth index and chloroplast ultrastructure, studied the effect of high temperature stress of Exogenous Spermidine on growth and chloroplast ultrastructure of cucumber seedlings. The results showed that: (1) in normal conditions, no significant effect on the growth indexes of cucumber seedlings exogenous spermidine on seedling and chloroplast structure. (2) under high temperature stress, the chlorophyll content of cucumber seedlings, the fresh weight and dry weight than normal, decreased significantly; under high temperature stress, the starch grains in the chloroplast increased significantly, the grana lamellae and squeezed out of order, and in the film layer also appeared on the osmiophilic particles, the chloroplast structure deformation. (3) under high temperature stress exogenous spermidine, can effectively alleviate the high temperature on the growth of Cucumber Seedlings The inhibition also increased the chlorophyll content of cucumber seedlings; exogenous spermidine can reduce the chloroplast accumulation of starch, ease the extrusion of grana lamellae, which are orderly arranged, also reduced the number of osmiophilic particles. The results show that exogenous spermidine can effectively change the stability of high temperature stress cucumber chloroplast structure, increase the content of chlorophyll.
