摘要:自20世纪60年代起,国内外学者们相继进行了利用高等水生植物进行污水净化的实验,近年来,由于环境变化水体污染问题已经刻不容缓,利用水生植物净化水体成为一种高效低耗的途径。本次实验为研究菖蒲在含盐废水中的光合特性及其去除氮的能力,实验设计了6个组分别对照,采用无土培养的方式对含盐及含氮废水条件下菖蒲的生长状况进行研究。各个组中育苗液的含氮与含盐量各不完全相同并可以相互形成对照。比如植株在含盐浓度相同条件下不同浓度氮时的生理状况及光合特性。研究结果表明,在2%盐浓度的环境条件下,净光合速率明显下降,含氮量低的植株比含氮量高的植株在各方面生理性状上更好,但随着实验的进行,含盐的几组试验由于叶绿素的缺失,水分及元素吸收功能的失去,光合作用趋近于0,但对氮的去除能力影响并不是很大。41387

Research on the effect of Iris’s nitrogen removal capability and photosynthetic characteristics in salt wastewater
Abstract: Since the 1960s, domestic and foreign scholars have been carried out using higher aquatic plant wastewater purification experiment, in recent years, due to changes in water pollution has been pressing environmental problems, Utilization of aquatic plants purify water become an efficient and low consumption. The experiments for the study of the iris photosynthetic characteristics in saline wastewater and its ability to remove nitrogen, the experimental design of the six groups were controlled manner using soilless culture on growth and nitrogen iris under saline water conditions the study. Each group of nitrogen and salt content of each seedling was not exactly the same and can be contrasted with each other. For example, plants containing salt under the same conditions and photosynthetic  
characteristics of different physiological conditions when the concentration of nitrogen. The results show that, at a 2% concentration of environmental conditions, the net photosynthetic rate decreased, low nitrogen content of plants better than the high nitrogen content of the plants in the various aspects of physiological traits, but with the progress of the experiment, including several groups of experimental salt due to the lack of chlorophyll, water absorption and loss elements, photosynthesis tends to 0, but the ability to remove nitrogen not great.
