摘要厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)是一个很有前景的生物脱氮工艺,通过实验室规模的厌氧氨氧化反应器研究Cr(VI)对Anammox系统性能的抑制与恢复以及颗粒污泥的特性进行了考察。以进水Cr6+浓度分别为0、1、2、mg L-1进行低浓度Cr6+连续流实验,通过监测反应器进出水三氮浓度来观察反应器脱氮性能受Cr(VI)的影响情况,从而确定连续流条件下Cr(VI)抑制剂对Anammox工艺性能的影响。结果表明,首次添加Cr6+之后会对Anammox反应器产生较大的抑制作用,当Cr6+浓度达到2 mg L-1时,反应器NRR低至1.57±0.42 kgN·m-3d-1,几乎丧失脱氮能力。经过长时间的恢复后,Anammox反应器NRR逐渐恢复至12.94±0.49 kgN·m-3d-1,甚至超过了反应器启动时的脱氮性能。再次对反应器进行长期2 mg L-1,NRR维持在12 kgN·m-3d-1试以上,说明反应器具备了一定抵御Cr(VI)抑制的能力。各阶段中Cr6+去除率随NRR同步变化。另外,对颗粒污泥特性的研究表明,添加Cr6+或显著抑制活性,但反应器会恢复与适应Cr(VI)的抑制,活性逐渐恢复,在本试验末期,活性高达210 mg N g-1VSS d-1,EPS及血红素变化相对不明显。但颗粒污泥粒径在受到Cr(VI)抑制后会迅速相应,受到抑制后颗粒颜色由血红素变成灰褐色,但最后的观察中,颗粒污泥表观特性恢复至原来水平。说明,Anammox反应器在长期受Cr(VI)状况下,通过一段时间的恢复后,能够在保持较高NRR前提下对Cr(VI)有较高的去除率。52381
